Jennifer joined VCA Cat Hospital of Chicago 5 years ago.  After volunteering at The Anti-Cruelty Society for 6 years, Jennifer enrolled in a veterinary assistant certification program for personal enrichment and at completion of the program, decided it was time for a career change. Jennifer has 2 Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in contemporary writing. She is currently working toward her veterinary technician certification. She and her husband spend most of their free time caring for and entertaining their 4 kids: feisty Sam and angelic Darren (2 senior domestic shorthairs), a young coonhound named Hemi, and a Doberman puppy named Silo.
