Lourdes, or better known to everyone as Lou, came to Chicago from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico around 29 years ago. Out of those 29 years she has been working at Cat Hospital for 13 years. She is extremely enthusiastic and says she can not even explain how much she loves our patients. She also says they are the only ones that like her Spanish singing and her nails.
