Your VCA hospital has partnered with Vetsource, a leading veterinary pharmacy services provider, to fill your pets’ prescriptions and other orders of products available through the Shop myVCA. Every order placed through the Shop myVCA is reviewed by your pet’s veterinarian and by a Vetsource pharmacist to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before your order is completed and your credit card is charged.
Vetsource will deliver your order on behalf of your VCA hospital to your home, and your credit card statement will reflect a charge by Vetsource for your purchase. As always, you may purchase prescriptions and refills from the pharmacy of your choice.
You cannot return prescription products. Refunds may be issued for incorrect or damaged prescription products. Please contact Vetsource at 877-738-4443 if there is an issue with your order for a prescription product.
Any incorrect or damaged prescription medication should be disposed of properly. Please contact your local VCA veterinarian with any questions on proper disposal.
Select unopened non-prescription products, that are not temperature sensitive, may be eligible to be returned for a refund within thirty days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. At our discretion a refund may be issued without return of the product. All returns must be pre-approved before a refund may be issued. Please contact Vetsource at 877-738-4443 to determine if your purchased item is eligible for return or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a therapeutic or wellness diet due to quality, consistency, or palatability, please contact Vetsource at 877-738-4443 within thirty days of purchase to facilitate a refund.
Refunds are generally processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your credit card account, though the exact amount of time is determined by your card-issuing financial institution.
