Dr. Susan Moore grew up in central Alabama showing barrel horses. A love for animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Tuskegee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013 and then went on to complete an internship in Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery in Chicago. Dr. Moore then returned to central Alabama to practice small animal medicine for a few years before moving to Panama City, Florida. There she practiced in high volume surgery, urgent care and general practice clinics. In 2023, Dr. Moore returned back to central Alabama and started at Eastmont Vaughn. She has a special interest in surgery, urgent care, and general preventative care.

In her spare time you will find her enjoying time with her husband and two young daughters. Dr. Moore still enjoys riding horses and shares her love for animals with her daughters.
