Madeline Rohl
Staff Veterinarian DVM
Dr. Madeline Rohl grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, where her love of animals was fostered. Growing up, Dr. Rohl spent lots of time with her own cats, dogs, and horses, as well as gerbils, fish, and cockatiels! This love of animals eventually inspired her to pursue her career as a veterinarian. She attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio for undergraduate study in biology. While in school, she adopted a large mixed-breed rescue dog who has been a great source of both companionship and learning: Wrigley has fear-related behavioral issues, which has inspired Dr. Rohl to become a Fear Free practitioner. Dr. Rohl attended The Ohio State University for veterinary school, where she was involved with the Veterinary Behavior Club. After graduating, she pursued an internship at Littleton Equine Medical Center and subsequently practiced equine medicine and acupuncture in Washington State. Dr. Rohl brings her enthusiasm for acupuncture and her interest in companion animals to Vermont. In her spare time, Dr. Rohl loves hiking, camping, yoga and enjoys the great outdoors.
