Dr. Mitchell is originally from Kittanning, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Penn State Behrend in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in biology and from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. In her free time, Emily enjoys riding her horses, spending time with her piggy (Pickle), photography, being at the beach, and exploring in the woods or on the water. Her special interests include behavior, dentistry, and mini pig medicine.
