Dr. Rachael Reith grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at the University of Pittsburgh and her doctorate at Mississippi State University. She worked as a veterinary technician for ten years through high school, college and summer breaks from veterinary school.

Dr. Reith joined VCA Valley Vet Animal Hospital in 2013. Her special interests include senior pet care, ophthalmology and parasitology. In her free time, Dr. Reith enjoys traveling, horseback riding, backpacking, running and paddle boarding with her North Carolina street pup, Teek.
