Alison has been working as a veterinary assistant since 2014, and joined the VCA Newark team in 2019. She was interested in veterinary medicine since she was a child, and worked hard to eventually receive her Bachelor's degree in Animal Biosciences from the University of Delaware. Her long-term goals are to attend veterinary school and become a Board-Certified Veterinary Radiologist. 

In her spare time, Alison like to be either outdoors with her big, fluffy dog, Echo, or lounging on the couch with her senior kitty, Ellen. Her hobbies also include painting, hiking, writing/illustrating comics, and swing dancing.
