Meet Veterinary Assistant Ryjani, better known as Ry!

Ry enjoyed watching Steve Irwin "The Crocodile Hunter" on television when she was growing up. This inspired her to join the field of veterinary medicine. She decided to join Capeway Animal Hospital to pursue that passion and learn in a positive environment.

She is currently working towards a bachelor's degree in biology. Her ultimate education goal is to become an exotic veterinarian.

Ry shares her home with 2 dogs and 4 rats. She has a self-proclaimed small pet/rat obsession! She assists a rat breeder in breeding new lines with good temperaments and better health standards, so these offspring are less prone to medical issues such as tumors.

Some of Ry's other interests include baking and writing.
