VCA Village Park Animal Hospital strives daily to partner with our clients to provide personalized veterinary care in the Coachella Valley. Our services include detailed medicine, surgery, rehabilitation and exercise therapy, as well as upscale suite style boarding and compassionate, experienced grooming. As La Quinta’s only boutique veterinary practice, our goal is to not just meet, but exceed your expectations in caring for your cat, dog, or exotic pet.
We are proud to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. AAHA sets the standards in high-quality veterinary medicine. To become accredited, companion animal hospitals undergo regular comprehensive evaluations by AAHA veterinary experts who evaluate the practice on approximately 900 standards of veterinary care.
We harness the scale and strength of our global network while acknowledging each individual's contribution. We work locally to improve the lives of all who interact with our brand.

We are proud of our ability to provide in house funding through our Wendi’s Fund that we now have managed through the AVMF. This fund grew out of a need Dr. Carlson found to honor a close friend who was murdered the year she opened her practice. Through the years, this fund has provided needed support for many individual cases. We recently have had this fund managed by AVMF which allows our money to also help pets far from our practice.
Please visit the link that describes the AVMF and its role in funding for many animal needs.
We accept CareCredit, the pet, health and wellness credit card with flexible, budget-friendly financing options that allow you to pay over time for a range of treatments and services—including procedures, medication and more.*
