Andrew Trempe, DVM, MRCVS, earned his veterinary degree from the University of California Davis in 2002. He completed a rotating Small Animal internship the following year at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center, and has been working here in the emergency and critical care department for the majority of his career since that time. 

A native of San Diego, outside of work he enjoys following the Padres, doing DIY projects around the house, and spending time with his family which includes his spouse, 3 young daughters, 2 dogs, and 1 cat who was recently obtained from England.
