Angela Sartor, DVM, DACVS, is a board-certified veterinary surgeon with extensive training in advanced surgical techniques and specialty veterinary care.
Dr. Sartor earned her veterinary degree from University of California Davis in 2008. Dr. Sartor completed a one-year rotating internship with Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group followed by a one-year surgical Internship with Animal Surgical and Emergency Center. After completing her three-year surgical residency with Sage Centers for Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care, Dr. Sartor came to San Diego and joined the specialty team at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center.
Dr. Sartor plays an integral role in providing high-quality veterinary specialty and emergency surgical care. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgeries and continues to expand the services provided at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center.
Dr. Sartor is dedicated to delivering compassionate, collaborative care and works closely with primary care veterinarians to ensure every patient receives the highest standard of treatment.
