Ainslie graduated in 2014 with a dual degree from Millersville University in Biology and a B.S. in Athletic Training from West Chester University. She has been a part of the VCA family since 2015. She started as the hotel manager at VCA Wellington and Family Pet Resort in Newtown Square, PA. In 2017, Ainslie and her husband decided to move to Lancaster, PA to be closer to family. Ainslie was lucky enough to join the VCA Smoketown team as their assistant hospital manager. In July 2019 She was promoted to the hospital manager. Ainslie lives in Lancaster with her husband, their two sons and two dogs. They have a weimaraner named Stella and a pointer named Potter (they are huge Harry Potter fans). Ainslie enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling and spending time with her family.
