Jocelyn was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She has always loved animals and knew she wanted to work with animals so she pursued a BS in Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences from Penn State University. After graduating Jocelyn wanted to be more hands-on with her education so she joined us at VCA North Rockville in December 2023. Jocelyn is the resident "Shih Tzu lover". She loves to boop every dog's nose. Jocelyn cares for three dogs at home: Chloe, Toby, and Snoopy, as well as a leopard gecko named Chicken Nugget.
