Dr. Roper graduated from the University of West Georgia with a BS in Biology then graduated veterinary school at the University of Georgia in 2007. He continued educational training with a rotating internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Charlotte, NC, and then a Surgical internship at Louisiana Veterinary Specialist in Mandeville, LA. His professional interests include orthopedics, surgery, neurology and emergency medicine. When he is not at work, he spends his time staying active with his son, playing many sports. He has two fur babies, Charlotte, the Weimaraner, and Cleo, the sassy Domestic Medium Hair cat.
