Dr. Arthur is from Colorado and received her veterinary degree from CSU School of Veterinary Medicine in Fort Collins. After co-owning a mixed animal practice in Gunnison, CO, from 2002 to 2017, she relocated back to the Front Range to be near family, and access greater resources and education for her daughter.

She has particular interests in geriatrics and end-of-life journeys; surgery; nutrition/obesity management; care provision for feral, stray, and shelter populations and companions of the homeless.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, hiking and hanging with her dogs, Suzy and Hammie, and her neighbors, friends and family.
