Dr. Rita Uhle grew up in Cranford, New Jersey, and received her Bachelor's degree in Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Biomedical Science at Rutgers University. She just recently graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is excited to join the VCA Fairfield Animal Hospital team. Aside from general practice, she has a special interest in cardiology.

In her spare time, Dr. Uhle enjoys being surrounded by nature by kayaking, horseback riding, and hiking, with her fiancé, Daniel, and dogs, Midnight and Lucy.
