Welcome to VCA Cherokee Animal Hospital. Our doors are open to clients with their pets OR curbside service – YOUR CHOICE. Our animal hospital has been caring for pets in the Lenexa, Overland Park, and Leawood Kansas areas since 1964. Whether you need a veterinarian for your dog or a cat hospital for your feline friend, we offer same day appointments for a full range of veterinary services at our dog and cat clinic. We offer emergency care, spay and neuter, pet wellness care, senior pet care, diagnostic care, pet surgery, pet dental care, pet vaccinations, and dog grooming. In addition, we offer several ancillary services, including a fully-stocked pharmacy, heartworm and flea prevention, nutritional counseling and a small retail center.
Our goal is to offer high-quality medical care at our vet clinic that combines modern technology with old-fashioned comfort. Our state-of-the- art pet hospital features five exam rooms, an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA)-approved surgical suite, a hospital ward, intensive care unit, two pharmacies, two waiting rooms, two reception areas, and a full-service boarding facility for cats.
Although our veterinary clinic has gone through many transformations over the past five decades, our commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine and compassionate care for pets has never changed.
We harness the scale and strength of our global network while acknowledging each individual's contribution. We work locally to improve the lives of all who interact with our brand.
