Dr. Noele Tom was born and raised in Honolulu. After graduating from Roosevelt High School she attended the University of Hawaii where she earned her BA degree. She then spent a year in Japan wth the JET program teaching English and learning the culture. To finally fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian she eventually attended the University of Illinois where she earned her DVM degree. Since graduating, Dr. Tom has been back in the islands working for VCA.

In her spare time, Dr. Tom enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing crafts and reading. She has two fur kids of her own, Phoebe and Zoey, both poodle mixes that she acquired while in veterinary school.
