Katy has been employed at VCA Village Park and Range Pet Lodge for three years. She is the customer service representative lead for both the clinic and boarding, and CareClub specialist. When not at the front desk, she is coordinating with and assisting in all other departments. Katy is working towards becoming Fear Free certified in order to better assist pet owners with their pet's physical and emotional well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading a variety of book genres, crocheting, cooking, and playing video games.
