Brayton Hill
Veterinarian DVM

Dr. Brayton Hill, DVM grew up in the Thousand Islands region of Northern New York. He attended Thousand Islands Central School district and afterwards received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY Potsdam. He became a Veterinarian at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St Kitts, in the Caribbean, before completing his DVM clinical year at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. His interests include Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Endoscopy and wildlife/conservation medication, specifically Chelonian medicine. During his time at SUNY Potsdam, he worked with the DEC on many projects, including the research of threatened turtle species in Northern NY. While attending Ross, he was involved in the research of the sea turtles of the Caribbean. 

He currently lives back in the Thousand Islands now with his wife and twin daughters.  They share their home with three dogs and two cats.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as life on the river.
