New Patient Appointments
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a New Client/Patient form, or you may bring a completed form with you to your appointment. Please be sure that we know who your pet's referring doctor is so that we may obtain any medical records prior to your appointment. We also ask that you please bring any previous x-rays (film or CD) to your appointment.
New Oncology Appointments
Please remember to not feed your pet anything after midnight (12AM) the night before your appointment. You may leave water out for your pet.
*If you have any questions regarding your pet's appointment, we are available 24 hours a day to assist you: (510) 483-7387
We welcome you to visit your pet while he/she is in the hospital. We ask that you limit your visits to 30 minutes twice daily. This will allow your pet to rest and allow our medical team to provide your pet's treatments with minimal interruption. If you are wanting a status update on your pet, please do not hesitate to call to ask.
Please be sure to check with us before your first visit to find out what forms and other information you will need to bring with you.
