Emilie started her career in the Navy. From 2000 to 2008, she was a quartermaster who handled ship navigation. She was stationed in Mayport, Florida, near Jacksonville. Emilie loves to travel; she has been to Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. In 2009, she moved to San Antonio, Texas, with her husband and children. Emilie attended Palo Alto College, graduating with an AAS in Veterinary Technology in 2014. When Emilie is not attending to her patients, she enjoys her family and spending time at the river or a park.
