I am Laura Xigacos, a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician with over 25 years of experience specializing in oncology at VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialists. My unwavering passion for animals has driven me to help them fight cancer, leaving a profound impact on countless lives. 

Beyond the clinic, I find peace and joy in riding my horse, Demi, and spending cherished moments with my husband, Kosta, and daughter, Alexandria. Our new puppy, Jax, a Goldendoodle has added even more warmth to our family. Additionally, I find rejuvenation in going to the lake and  traveling to the Caribbean, exploring new places, and taking in the sun and sand. This journey of compassion and fulfillment has defined my purpose and dedication to making a difference in the lives of animals and their families.
