Dr. Moell graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and practiced in Central New York since that time. "Dr. Josh" brought a passion for soft tissue surgery, preventative animal care and geriatric pet issues. He was admired for his commitment to the community, mastery of veterinary medicine, and his sense of humor. Our Hospital team and network will dearly miss Dr. Josh and join his family and our community in celebrating his life and dedication to our organization and devotion to the thousands of pets he cared for in the community.
