Dr. Molly Boyker grew up in Southern California and has wanted to be a veterinarian for as long as she can remember. She has always had a strong affinity for animals, was always outside with her pets and loved sneaking them food. As Dr. Boyker grew older, she continued to have a strong affinity towards math and science which helped her pursue her veterinary dreams.

She majored in animal science at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She attended veterinary school at St. George's University and the University of Illinois. Dr. Boyker has been practicing small animal medicine since 2015, and recently joined the team at VCA Rossmoor in 2022, after having practiced in Newport Beach prior.

Dr. Boyker's favorite thing about practicing veterinary medicine is her patients. She loves seeing a dog or cat feel better after treatment. She enjoys dermatology, internal medicine and oncology. Dr. Boyker in addition practices integrative medicine with acupuncture and herbal therapy. Veterinary medicine is a hard field but she understands the importance of the human-animal bond and provides her support as best as she can.

Outside of work, she loves to read. Dr. Boyker enjoys helping her husband with his barbecue business. She loves taking her golden retriever to the beach. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as my adorable blind cat. Dr. Boyker and her husband are also avid travelers and foodies!
