Christina has always been an animal lover. In 2017, Christina began her journey into the world of animal care. Beginning her career as a dog day care supervisor, where she gained a wealth of experience learning about dog behavior. After several years, Christina moved on to her next interest and spent a few years handling teams of sled dogs both in Alaska and Montana.
After leaving Montana, Christina returned to Alaska and entered the veterinary fielded to further expand her knowledge. She now spends her time here at VCA Big Lake Animal Hospital being a very helpful veterinary assistant and hopes to soon become a licensed veterinary technician.
Christina spends her free time enjoying Alaska with her 3 dogs, Tucker, Oswald and Arthur, and her partner, Nate. They enjoy many outdoor activities like hiking, fishing and traveling!
