A native of Northern Virginia, Dr. Cook received his undergraduate education at Georgetown University before attending Kansas State University's school of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 2009, Dr. Cook practiced extensively in the region before starting at VCA Commonwealth as medical director. His professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology and ophthalmology. In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys cooking, playing music and drawing. He lives currently in Arlington with his wife, Melissa, and their three children.
Candice was born and raised in Fairfax, VA where she started working at a young age in her family owned business doing many various jobs. After graduating from high school she attended George Mason University, but was still unsure of her career path. Finally, she realized she wanted to work with animals. She applied and was accepted into the veterinary technology program.
