Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Teri discovered her passion for working with animals early on through volunteering at united disability services' Service Dog Program. Upon relocating to San Diego in 2004, Teri continued her volunteer work solidifying her commitment to the welfare of animals. In 2007, she made the decision to transition careers into veterinary medicine starting with Animal Medical Hospital of Poway as a veterinary assistant assuming the role of technician, then eventually assuming hospital leadership responsibilities until 2016.
After relocating to Long Beach, which she now calls home, Teri embarked in a new chapter as office supervisor with team AVCC then skyrocketed to shine in the fall of 2018 as the Referral and Marketing Manager we know today.
Teri is a bona fide live music junkie that loves the beach, desert, hiking, camping, rock hounding, traveling, and all outdoor adventures. At home she shares her life with Greta, her beloved Bearded Collie, and three feline friends: Marble, Mokat and Kimber.
