Heather Elliott
DVM Medical Director/Emergency Veterinarian

Dr. Heather Elliott received her Veterinary Degree from Western University of Health Sciences in 2008. Following graduation, she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Advanced Veterinary Care Center. After successfully completing her internship, she worked for Crossroads Animal Emergency Center in Norwalk, CA. She returned to AVCC in 2010 and became the Director of Emergency Services in 2013.

RVT Hospital Administrator

Rich is a native Los Angelino that grew up in the South Bay and attended Santa Monica College and UCLA. He began his veterinary career while in college starting at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital in 1996 where he worked in all specialties fine tuning his technical skills within the departments. At VCA WLAAH, Rich assumed many roles as an RVT from ER, ICU, and surgery technician through being technician supervisor and manager.
