Jordan is a born and raised Alaskan, with her family homesteading in the 60's in Fairbanks, before finding their home in Butte. In her youth, Jordan participated in equine 4H events before moving on to rodeo in her high school years and adulthood. No matter what, Jordan always had a love for animals and knew that when she grew up, she wanted to turn that passion into a career. After finding a home at VCA Big Lake she has grown both in and out of rooms in terms of confidence and experience.

Jordan can always be found with her herd of misfits: Messorem, her Lab mix; Caoimhe, her German Shepherd; and Baby, her American Quarter Horse. Whether she is taking them on hikes, drives, trails, or simply lounging in the front lawn in the sun, they are always together.

Outside of work, Jordan spends her time in the outdoors, exploring nature, working on vehicles or at the Alaska Raceway Park. At any time, she'll be tearing up the dirt in the arena or asphalt at the track! 

Jordan joined VCA Big Lake Animal Hospital in January 2022 after the completion of the remodel. Her goal is to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
