Hailee has been a CSR at VCA Covington team since 2019. As a Fear Free Elite Certified professional, she uses her many tools and expertise in her client communication role for client education to minimize stress the physical and emotional well-being of every patient. Hailee holds a deep passion for canine behavior and training. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in her hometown of Pendleton, at the Animal Welfare Society, training dogs in basic obedience and fun tricks to help them find their forever homes. Hailee loves exploring the PNW forests with Freyja (her German shepherd) and her husband, Eddie. Her hobbies include photography, karaoke, live music, and western swing dancing. She hopes to soon become a member of The Tilly Project, an organization of photographers who specialize in low-cost senior pet photography.
