Dr. Carpenter was raised in northern New York. After graduating from Colorado State University with her B.S. degree she moved to Iowa and met her husband! She then received her DVM degree from Iowa State University. She is excited to be able to continue her career practicing quality medicine with others who care. 

Dr. Carpenter and her husband live with their dog, cats, horses, ponies, and goats. They enjoy horseback riding, gardening, cooking, and going to flea markets.
