Maureen joined the team at New Hartford Animal Hospital in 2013 as a client service representative. She quickly became invaluable to our clients, their pets and our staff. Maureen is extremely dedicated, caring, compassionate and clients are always asking to speak with her. She was promoted to CSR supervisor in January 2022 and now leads our CSR team to ensure our clients receive the best experience possible. She prides herself in making clients' experiences a priority and treating patients like her very own pets. She also has taken a lead role in informing clients about the benefits of insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband (Taylor) and son (Jack), snuggling her fur kids and drinking coffee!
