Kimberly Martin joined our team in 2010 bringing with her two years experience in client service. Her previous experience in emergency medicine has made her proficient in client communication and sensitive to clients' needs. Kim currently shares her home with her three cats Baby, Leo and Dil as well as two guinea pigs, Alyssa, Fatty and Charlotte.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
