Jessica Giannetto, DVM, DACVS‑SA is a board‑certified small animal surgeon with advanced training in both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Giannetto earned her veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota and completed extensive specialty training, including internships and a surgical residency, at leading referral hospitals across the country.
Dr. Giannetto enjoys all aspects of surgery, with particular interests in orthopedic procedures, minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopy and arthroscopy, wound care, thoracic surgery, fracture repair, and emergency abdominal surgeries. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, high‑quality surgical care while working closely with pet owners and their primary veterinarians to ensure the best possible outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Giannetto has a strong passion for teaching and has spent many years mentoring veterinary students, interns, and residents. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and adventuring with her two bull mastiffs.
