Robin Lehrhoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at The University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Social Work at Adelphi University. She has been practicing Social Work for 30+ years and most of her work has been hospital-based. She began her social work journey in Mental Health and then worked for 12 years in Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant at Mount Sinai Medical center in New York City. Most recently she has been working for Northwell Health as an inpatient social worker throughout all departments of the hospital. Robin has expertise in end of life care, mental health, geriatrics, addiction, and crisis intervention. She lives on Long Island and is married to Glenn with whom she shares 2 beautiful sons, Sam (22) and Ryan (18). She also has a 3-year-old rescue Labradoodle named Simba. Robin loves nature and spending her time outdoors, especially hiking with Simba!! She is extremely excited to be combining her love for social work/animals and to be joining the VCA team! She looks forward to meeting all of you really soon!!!
