Dr. Aaron Barney was raised in Taylorsville, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Utah State University and then went to Oklahoma State University and received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. He returned to Utah and joined the team at VCA Willow Creek in 2002. Dr. Barney works with mostly dogs and cats and specializes in the overall healthcare of Bulldogs and anything with a squished face. He also has a special interest in any surgeries including orthopedics, TPLOs, dentistry, and various soft tissue and abdominal surgeries.
Dr. Barney enjoys spending time with his wife Brenda and following their four children around. His hobbies include participating in all sports, outdoor activities, cooking, reading anything historical, and traveling the world. He currently has an English Bulldog named Daisy and a French Bulldog named Milly.
Dr. Barney enjoys the family atmosphere at VCA Willow Creek Pet Center and daily interaction with clients.
