Deanna Mitchell, Staff Veterinarian
Dr. Deanna Mitchell was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember and has known since kindergarten she wanted to be a Veterinarian. Dr. Mitchell still has her kindergarten artwork of her animal drawings.
Dr. Mitchell attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained her degree in Veterinary Medicine. She moved to Utah after graduation in 2010 and began practicing in Utah County.
Outside of work, Dr. Mitchell enjoys rock climbing, biking, hiking and skiing. Her 4-legged family includes a dog, Assa, 3 cats-Dublin, Irish, and Baily, and a very geriatric horse, Old Regret.
Dr. Mitchell’s medical interests include internal medicine and feline behavior and medicine. She looks forward to the team oriented atmosphere at VCA Willow Creek Pet Center.
