Dr. Lindsay Simmons was born and raised in Salt Lake City. She has served in many facets of veterinary medicine including grooming, veterinary receptionist, veterinary technician, and eventually leading her to pursue her dream job as a veterinarian. She attended Utah State University for her undergraduate degree and participated in the joint veterinary medicine program through Utah State University/Washington State University where she received her doctorate in 2019.
Outside of work, Dr. Simmons enjoys games with the family, reading, watching her favorite NFL team, and catching up on the latest superhero movies. She has three Welsh corgis: Happy, Gilly, and Pippi; a chihuahua terrier named Jack Jack; and a cat named Yuki.
Dr. Simmons is passionate about preventive medicine—preventing the preventable. Where pets live longer, healthier, happier, and pain-free lives. Dr. Simmons practices Fear Free handling to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable for you and your pets as possible.
