Dr. Lindsay Simmons was born and raised in Salt Lake City. She has served in many facets of veterinary medicine including grooming, veterinary receptionist, veterinary technician, and eventually leading her to pursue her dream job as a veterinarian. She attended Utah State University for her undergraduate degree and participated in the joint veterinary medicine program through Utah State University/Washington State University where she received her doctorate.

Outside of work, Dr. Simmons enjoys hiking, camping, watching her favorite NFL team, and catching up on the latest superhero movies. She has a nine-year-old corgi named Maggie. Dr. Simmons is thrilled to be back home close to family and to spend time with her two nephews.

Dr. Simmons is passionate about preventative medicine-preventing the preventable. Where pets live longer, healthier, happier and pain-free lives. She enjoys dentistry and nutrition, and practices fear-free handling to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable for you and your pets as possible.
