Brigitte has been with the VCA Covington Animal Hospital team since 2017. She started out as a kennel assistant looking after the boarding patients just after high school while she pursued veterinary technician school. She quickly moved her way up the ladder to becoming a veterinary assistant, then a licensed veterinary technician (LVT), and is now the lead LVT. Brigitte is also Fear Free Certified and is the VCA area technician coordinator, traveling to local VCA hospitals to provide support and training. She works with all levels of the veterinary staff to maintain a high standard of care in our VCA hospitals. Brigitte has a passion for exotic animal medicine in addition to dogs and cats. In her free time, she can be found cruising on her motorcycle, fishing, or spending time with her three dogs, three guinea pigs, and leopard gecko at home!
