My name is Taylor! I am originally from Des Moines, Iowa. Now I am living in Cedar Rapids. For as long as I can remember, my family and I have had pets: cats, dogs, rabbits you name it! When growing up, people had always asked me what I wanted to be when I got older. I had gone back and forth with different career ideas but I knew in my heart, it would be something with animals. I couldn't see myself doing anything else. I ended up at Kirkwood Community College and joined the veterinary technician program. During this program we were tasked to choose an internship at a clinic of choice. I chose VCA. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I knew I could see myself being a part of the amazing team.

Currently I have three spoiled and well-loved cats. Lyneiss is an orange tabby (the chunkiest) and my first ever cat. Eros is my second cat and he is a brown tabby who is full of energy. My third cat, the newest addition to the cat collection is Juniper, she is a long haired dilute tortie, who wreaks havoc around the house. Collectively, their favorite thing to do is wake me up from dead sleep because I won't give them attention (how rude of me).

My hobbies include going shopping, archery, and reading in my spare time.
