Dr. Ashley Rouse is Jacksonville native. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. In 2022, she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis. She worked at a small animal practice in Florida before joining VCA Fleming Island Animal Hospital in 2023. Dr. Rouse is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is a Fear Free certified professional. Her interests include dermatology, nutrition, and feline medicine. She is dedicated to providing quality care to her patients and making a positive impact in her community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and spending time with her cat (and foster fail), Pixie.
