Mallory Kanwal, DVM, DAVDC, is a board-certified veterinary dentist dedicated to improving patient comfort and quality of life through the treatment of oral disease. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from The Ohio State University in 2013 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Following graduation, Dr. Kanwal completed a one-year intensive training program with a focus on surgery, internal medicine, and critical care.
Driven by a strong passion for dentistry and oral surgery, she pursued a three-year veterinary dentistry residency at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Kanwal completed her residency and achieved board certification in veterinary dentistry in 2021. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, from juveniles to geriatrics, with a particular focus on enhancing comfort, function, and overall quality of life. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Kanwal enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
