Jess is a Certified Veterinary Technician, and has been a member of our team since September 2009. She graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science.

Jess says the most gratifying parts of her job is when she is able to follow a sick pet through their treatment and recovery, and see the pet go home with their owners happy and healthy again. She enjoys seeing the special relationships that people have with their pets.

Jess and her husband share their home their twins (a boy and a girl) and their rescued lab named Jack. Jess is a vegan and loves to cook.
