Sarah thrives on supporting a team, leading by example, and providing exceptional care for the hospital's patients and clients. Up until now, she has primarily worked as a Veterinary Assistant and supervisor, with experience as a Client Service Representative. Sarah came to us from VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County, where she worked in the emergency and critical care, and internal medicine departments. While at Animal Care Center, she found her passion in training and mentoring others, which led to her becoming a supervisor and a member of their Leadership Team. Sarah, who has a strong connection with this community, was elated to join VCA Animal Hospital of Cotati as their Hospital Manager, in no small part due to the team's shared commitment to personal and professional growth.  

Outside of work, Sarah spends her time taking courses part-time at Santa Rosa Junior College, to obtain her Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resources. Her downtime typically consists of spending time with her friends and family; or at her home in Petaluma with her two cats, Theodore, and Jupiter. Sarah also loves to scope out restaurants and hiking trails in the area.
