Client Service Representative

Chad was born in Las Vegas, NV, where his father was stationed in the Air Force. His family moved to Monterey Bay, CA, and then finally to San Diego after his father retired from the military. This is where he calls home.

Chad's career started when he was hired by the school district to run local graduations and events at his high school theater. After graduating high school, Chad went on to CSUSM where he studied Computer Science and Mass Media. During his studies he found a job running the front desk at his on-campus housing office, where he would eventually become the Leasing Coordinator. Chad then decided to take a chance at a job closer to his personal interests; pets. He worked in a pet boarding facility for 6 years, advancing himself to an Assistant Manager. Taking his leadership and customer service skills with him, Chad started his new career path with VCA in September 2023 to continue his passion for pets in the veterinary field.

In his free time, he loves gaming and hanging out at home with his cute dog Toto and his partner in life Kristina.
