Primary Care

General Surgery

Our state-of-the-art surgical suite has the most advanced surgical equipment. We monitor the patient’s vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation during surgery. We utilize the best available inhalant anesthetics (Sevoflurane) to provide the safest anesthetic experience, especially for our older or high-risk patients (liver, kidney, or heart disease). We use thermoregulated heating pads to help maintain body temperature during surgery, which helps reduce trauma and improve the overall recovery from surgery. After surgery, pets are placed in warmed cages to ensure that thermoregulation is maintained after surgery. We are equipped to perform:

  • Soft tissue surgeries – tumor removals, foxtail extractions, tail amputation, ear hematoma repair
  • Orthopedic surgeries – fracture repair, tendon repair
  • Gastrointestinal surgeries – foreign body removal, exploratory laparatomies
  • Elective surgeries – spay, neuter, anal gland removal
