Dr. Carlie Day was born and raised in Los Angeles and received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Dr. Day earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences. After veterinary school, she completed a rotating internship in medicine and surgery, followed by a one-year cardiology specialty internship and three-year cardiology residency at VCA West Los Angeles animal hospital.
