Regina Krendl
Staff Veterinarian DVM
Dr. Regina Krendl is originally from northwest Ohio and developed an early passion for animals and medicine while growing up on her family's horse farm. Dr. Krendl attended Wright State University on an academic and athletic scholarship. While at Wright State, she was a four year member and captain of the nationally ranked Emerald Jazz dance team. Dr. Krendl graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wright State University. While in veterinary school, she was selected to travel to an animal shelter and hospital in Medina del Campo, Spain, to advance her surgical techniques, manage wound care and perform ultrasound examinations. She then earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 2010.

Dr. Krendl practiced small animal and pocket pet medicine in Columbus, Ohio, for three years. In 2013, she relocated to the Cincinnati area to join a small animal practice in West Chester. She did small animal relief work and emergency medicine at MedVet for 18 months. Dr. Krendl is now excited to join the team at VCA College Hill Animal Hospital.

Her professional interests include surgery, dentistry, dermatology, geriatric care and internal medicine. Dr. Krendl is always eager to expand her knowledge base and is focused on cultivating a trusting relationship with all her clients. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Veterinary Information Network and Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Krendl and her husband have three children and a lovable Australian Shepard named Izzy! In her free time, Dr. Krendl enjoys playing soccer and golf, reading, gardening, cooking and traveling!
